According to the release, 34-year-old Elan Daniel Seagraves, a soccer coach at Kennedy High School in Sacramento, was arrested on December 25 after a 17-year-old girl called police and alleged that she had been sexually assaulted and was being forced into human trafficking. The girl, who was reportedly hiding in the backyard of a home when she called police, told authorities that the person who was allegedly forcing her into human trafficking was sitting in a car nearby.
